I am sorry, there may be slight validity so far as the Galaxy Tab is concerned, but the phones, of which, in my opinion Samsung had all of the hardware that apple uses, so they would obviously create a product which is going to meet many of the size standards that apples does, because well, they use Samsungs screens, memory, boards, processors, etc. So far as the UI goes, Icons, really? Icons with rounded edges? Are you kidding me? Redonk! All hot air, no substance!

yep, i was trying to touch on that, too… been hearing people complain about sales people using that often “just like the iPhone” … and with the TouchWiz UI, I suppose it really could confuse some folks thinking they can actually get iOS apps on it… which may go to support Apple’s trade dress argument

I actually like this design. Samsung should get on it right away or Amazon could use it in their tablet or whatever if they don’t have a better UI.

I actually like the design with circular icons and sharp corners. It’s meant to by funny, but it looks better than the real thing.
