We’ve been looking forward to true 3D display technology for a long time. Now and then we’ll see a company that promises us that it’s only a few years off. SeeReal is the latest company to give us such a promise.

SeeReal

They claim that to have developed a technology capable of displaying 3D images on your screen through the use of a Tracked Viewing Window technology. This helps to overcome one of the biggest hurdles seen with 3D technology by eliminating the need for real-time processing.

They have unveiled their prototype at this weeks Society for International Display forum in California. No word yet when they will have this technology ready for the masses.
