From one shipping tablet to another, and to be fair this second beast is one we had our doubts would ever reach preorder customers.  Fusion Garage's JooJoo site has been quietly updated, ditching the previous "preorder" terminology and instead taking proper orders for the tablet formerly known as the CrunchPad. , Mar 22nd 2010 Discuss [0]

We've already seen plenty of Viliv's S10 Blade convertible touchscreen netbook, criticized its pricing and watched it strut its stuff on video; all that's left is the full review, and UMPC Portal have just that.  They've been playing with the S10 Blade for a few weeks now, and come away mightily impressed. Viliv S10 Convertible Tablet Showcased and Touched, A lot

, Mar 6th 2010 Discuss [0]

We're fans of videos 'round these parts, especially when they go to ridiculous lengths to show off a certain products coolest features. You can thank Chippy from UMPCPortal, where he goes above and beyond the call of duty, and brings you a 14 minute video starting from the machine's unboxing, to a segment where he starts to scribble. Scribble, and scribble. Like we said, we like when a reviewer showcases the coolest features. Chippy was lucky enough to get a pre-production model, but it is one of the final samples before the start of final production. Read The Full Story

, Feb 24th 2010 Discuss [0]

Viliv's S10 Blade, the company's 10.1-inch convertible touchscreen netbook, has finally gone up for preorder.  The good folk at import specialists Dynamism are listing seven SKUs of the netbook; the basic S10 Blade comes with Windows XP, a 60GB HDD and 1.6GHz Atom Z530 processor (and thus lacks OS multitouch support), but after that it's Windows 7 all round and a choice of 32GB or 64GB SSDs. Zhongyi S101 MID caught live with iPhone 3G & Viliv S5

, May 11th 2009 Discuss [1]

The Zhongyi S101 MID has been cavorting in the wild with Viliv's S5 and the iPhone 3G, and size-wise it's looking promising.  Thinner than the S5 - which has always looked a little tubby - the 4.3-inch S101 is reportedly fast in operation with a well-responsive touchscreen.
