Samsung Galaxy Spica I5700 announced (again)

Samsung have obviously been using the Royal Mail to shuttle their corporate updates around the globe, as three weeks after Samsung Russia officially announced the Galaxy Spica I5700 the company's Korean HQ have pushed out their own press release.  As before, they've confirmed that the Android-based Spica has an 800MHz processor, 3.2-megapixel camera and 3.5mm headphone jack, all in a casing measuring 13.2mm thick.

Welcome to Tuesday evening everyone. Today Angry Birds celebrated its third birthday with a slew of new levels for players, but that wasn't the only thing announced for the celebration. As it turns out, there's an Angry Birds movie slated for release in 2016, with Despicable Me's John Cohen attached to produce. Yes, this is really happening, but the question now is whether or not people will still be playing Angry Birds in another three years. Verizon confirmed the Samsung Galaxy Camera in cobalt black today, while Twitter looked back on its highlights of 2012.

HTC confirm Android 2.0 smartphones incoming

When HTC aren't commissioning new ad campaigns they're making smartphones, and while we would hate to put words in their collective mouth it seems highly likely that the HTC Dragon will end up packing Android 2.0.  While Motorola may have beaten HTC to the jump with announcing the first Android 2.0 smartphone, albeit briefly, Gearlog have confirmed that the company is indeed already playing with the next-gen version of Google's open-source platform.
