Galaxy S3 software update now re-distributing Android 4.3 Jelly Bean

After a bit of a delay earlier this year, the folks responsible for bringing on software updates to the Samsung Galaxy smartphone universe have re-started the push for Android 4.3 Jelly Bean to the Galaxy S III. This release will bring a number of feature updates and improvements to the hardware and - for some - completely skips over the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean update. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 breaks 10m barrier

Samsung's Galaxy Note 3 has passed the 10m sales mark, taking just sixty days to set phablet sales records, and doubling the pace set by the Note 2 before it. A simultaneous launch across 58 countries didn't hurt, Samsung says, but the company also credits the appeal of the large screen in North American and European markets, and the stylus input option for phonetic languages such as in China, as broadening demand for the large phone.

Samsung ATIV Book 9 Plus Review

Samsung ATIV Book 9 Plus Review

In the Samsung ATIV Book series, the company comes to a point in their history with notebooks that they're ready to go to battle with the highest-quality units in the industry. In the ATIV Book 9 Plus with 13.3-inch LED QHD+ (3200 x 1800 pixel) touchscreen display and Intel Core processor under the hood, there's scarcely a Windows 8 laptop on the market that we can recommend against it. Not one constructed of pure aluminum, at least.

Galaxy Gear “world’s most popular smartwatch” says Samsung

This week Samsung appears to have had its hand forced as rumor surfaced of sore sales of their Galaxy Gear smartwatch, making them reveal their "true" numbers to the world. It was this morning when Samsung spoke with Reuters on the subject, saying specifically that the watch had become "the world's most popular smartwatch with sales reaching 800,000" in the two month period since the device was first put on the market. This would indeed put the device well ahead of the competition, but only if those numbers actually reflected the final sales of the machine to consumers.
