Nomad has introduced a new charger designed specifically for Pebble owners who always want to have their charger on hand, but without the hassle of carrying a full-size charging cable. It's called NomadKey for Pebble, it is smaller than your finger and equipped with a keychain hole for attaching it to a key ring. This gives owners the ability to carry it with them at all times, topping off their Pebble when the battery runs low while out and about. Pebble Time: color smartwatch returns to Kickstarter

That's right: the second-generation "Pebble Time" smartwatch will be launched on the same platform as its predecessor: Kickstarter. This unit is reminiscent of its predecessor, working with a subdued physical design and a newly updated Pebble OS software interface. Pebble Time, as it's called, will be available to backers of this Kickstarter by May of 2015 and will be delivered at a price point roughly double that of the original - unless you're talking about the original price - it's the same as the launch price of the original Pebble and that of the newer Pebble Steel.

Pebble smartwatch scores PayPal app

Mobile payments are all the rage, and not to be left behind is PayPal, which has announced the arrival of its app for Pebble smartwatches. The app is available now, and brings with it the ability to pay for goods and services at certain shops that accept it from the comfort of one's wrist. Both check-ins and payment codes are supported, and payment notifications are also dished to the wearable, meaning users will no longer have to pop out their smartphone to complete a transaction.
