Later in the day, we caught word that Judge Lucy Koh had asked Apple's counsel if they were smoking crack when they presented an extremely long document filled with witnesses they wanted to call for rebuttals. Astronomers discover alien solar system much like our own

Astronomers have discovered an alien solar system that looks very much like our own solar system. According to the scientists, the discovery suggests that all solar systems may start out looking very similar. The solar system in question is called Kepler-30 and is 10,000 light-years from Earth. The solar system has three known worlds all orbiting in the same plane aligned with the rotation of the star.

Vizio All-in-One PC launches with Ivy Bridge

This is the first day that the folks at Vizio bring on their PC collection with both desktops and notebooks, having just been a television brand in the past. This first reveal includes first of all a set of two all-in-one computers, one with a 24-inch display at 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution, the other with a 27-inch display with 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution. Both computers work with 3rd Generation Intel Core (Ivy Bridge) processors, both have NVIDIA Kepler GeForce GPU units, and both work with lovely 2.1 surround sound.
