AT&T LTE network to go live on September 18

AT&T's LTE network will finally be launching on September 18, according to the carrier's CFO John Stephens. The date was revealed by Stephens during his appearance at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Media, Entertainment and Communications conference. The network was originally set to launch sometime this summer, and although fall doesn't technically begin this year until September 23, we're getting awfully close. Read The Full Story

AT&T has officially unveiled the HTC Jetstream, the company’s 10.1-inch tablet previously known as the HTC Puccini. Packing Android 3.1 Honeycomb on an WXGA touchscreen with support for HTC’s Scribe digital pen – initially bundled with the slate – the Jetstream totes both HSPA+ and 4G LTE support and will go on sale on September 4 priced at a hefty $699.99 with a new, two-year agreement.

HTC Puccini tablet leaks again

A few days back we saw some leaked screen shots of the HTC Puccini tablet that surfaced and the hint that the tablet would be called the Jetstream on AT&T. Today another leak has surfaced with some blurry cam shots of the Puccini tablet and a tip that the tablet is currently in testing and will land in the "not too distant future." We certainly know a lot about the 10-inch tablet known as the HTC Puccini considering it's not yet truly officially announced by its manufacturer or its US carrier. We've seen screenshots, bits of hardware, release dates, and specs all along the way. HTC Puccini tablet launch by early October says exec

The HTC Puccini tablet will launch as soon as late September or early October, according to HTC CFO Winston Yung, though official specifications for the slate are still unclear. This past week seems to be all about what’s to happen this coming August and September, which look to be eventful months. Samsung began teasing its Galaxy S II for its US debut in August, while a white version was announced for the UK around the same time. Motorola confirmed that its Droid Bionic will launch in September and also arriving then is its 4G LTE upgrade for Motorola XOOM 3G customers.
