AMD has launched two new video cards today in the HD 7800 series. The new video cards include the Radeon HD 7870 GHz edition and the Radeon HD 7850. Both of the new video cards use AMD's Graphics Core Next Architecture for high performance and both support PCI Express 3.0 along with AMD ZeroCore Power technology.

With the ultrabook being looked at as the next big thing in the notebook market most of the major companies will be offering up new ultrabooks. Anonymous and LulzSec taunt FBI amid NATO and News International leaks
Hacking groups Anonymous and LulzSec have released a taunting message to the FBI, challenging the law enforcement agency in the aftermath of recent arrests of supposed members of the groups. "Your threats to arrest us are meaningless to us as you cannot arrest an idea" the joint statement says. "Any attempt to do so will make your citizens more angry until they will roar in one gigantic choir." Meanwhile, both groups claim to have fresh caches of information, including documents supposedly from NATO.

AMD Fusion APUs get official: DirectX 11, 1080p HD & 10hr battery life
AMD has officially launched its Fusion APU series, a hybrid range of CPU/GPU chips incorporating both into a single die. Targeted at ultraportables, notebooks and netbooks, the new AMD E-Series "Zacate" and C-Series "Ontario" APUs each use the Bobcat CPU core, and AMD reckon they're capable of DirectX 11 graphics, UVD3 video acceleration, 1080p HD playback, 2D conversion to 3D and up to 10hrs battery life depending on system.
