Galaxy Nexus LTE for Verizon spotted in the wild, video by early owner

It appears that the Samsung Galaxy Nexus LTE, aka the version coming out in the USA under the Verizon banner, is closer than we thought - what we've got here is not only a couple of photos, but a video of one lucky early owner of the device just filmed today! What this likely means is that the release of the device on the 4G LTE network is right around the corner and that we can expect an announcement regarding such a release perhaps within the week. The video at hand shows everything to be in order for the device save a few carrier-added applications from the big V that we're sure wont be long for the root-sensitive amongst us.

Galaxy Nexus LTE press images appear in Verizon webpage guts

When you've got a device so monumentally important to the operating system it runs that people are hunting through the webpage code for the carrier it'll be carried on to find press images of it even though the only change they're sure to see is the branding on the back of said phone, you know you've got a winner - and that's just what's happened today with the Verizon Galaxy Nexus. This device carried by Verizon is the first official taste of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich we'll be getting here in the United States, and with the release in both the UK and Japan already in place, we've been feeling a bit left out of the party. Images found today by intrepid Phandroid Forum member Ytram have proven the wait to WE HOPE be over soon.

Verizon Galaxy Nexus pre-orders open tomorrow, no proof necessary

There's a few claims being written up today on the Galaxy Nexus as it'll be dropping on Verizon, each of them pointing in the direction of a pre-order date starting tomorrow, the 29th of November, 2011. What we're hearing is that there's this fellow by the name of Mike Peak who has been the only person in the world who's been able to contact Verizon and get a solid date out of them as far as when the magical Ice Cream Sandwich device will be available for purchase complete with LTE connectivity. The date is tomorrow, says the supposed Verizon customer assistant on the other end of the phone, and the event is a start for pre-release orders.

Verizon LTE Galaxy Nexus price tipped via ad

Verizon LTE Galaxy Nexus price tipped via ad

We have no idea if this ad is legit or not, but this is the price that we were hoping for. The Samsung Galaxy Nexus smartphone has been price tipped via an ad. Apparently, the ad you see in the photo below is some sort of flash ad that is running somewhere. I've got most ads blocked so that may be the reason I haven't seen it.
