OnLive hits UK: Streaming gaming is go

Streaming game company OnLive has officially launched in the UK, bringing its cloud-hosted gaming system to PCs, Macs and TVs, with tablet and phones support in the pipeline. Around 150 titles are available for UK gamers at launch, with a special offer making the first just £1 ($1.55), and either per-title or subscription packages are available. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560M GPU lands in gaming notebooks at Computex

NVIDIA has offered up the new GTX 560M GPU for notebook computers at Computex bringing the first of the 500M series of GPUs to market. NVIDIA says that the GTX 560M will hit the "sweet spot" for gaming notebooks with the ability to play games in 1080p resolution with support for DirectX 11. This GPU is also the first to offer GTX gaming GPU combined with Optimus technology. That means that the notebooks using the GTX 560M will be able to change between that integrated GPU of their notebook and the GTX GPU for power or battery life depending on their needs. Duke Nukem Forever goes gold

Off all the games in history, the most fabled and longest delayed is Duke Nukem Forever. People have actually grown old and died waiting for this game to launch. The current launch is set for next month. The game better be epic or 2K and Gearbox Software will have lots of explaining to do. The most delayed game of all time, Duke Nukem Forever, may finally be surfacing very soon. First announced way back in 1997, the game made little development until earlier this year when it was slated to launch on May 3rd. But once again, it was delayed. NVIDIA has outed its latest video card, the GeForce GTX 560, slotting into the competitive $199 price segment and offering 336 CUDA cores, an 810-950MHz graphics clock and 1620-1900MHz processor clock, along with 1GB of GDDR5 memory with a 256-bit interface.
