iPhone 5 cases designed by Case-Mate have reportedly appeared in AT&T's inventory list. This adds some new hope that the next-gen Apple smartphone will indeed be a more radically revamped iPhone 5 instead of the minor iPhone 4S upgrade. Speculation involving the two possible models continue to flip flop, but we're certainly rooting for a next-gen iPhone that looks like the aluminum and glass mockup we saw earlier today.

iPhone 5 Details Roundup [Mid-Sept 2011, pre-release]
It’s time for a massive rundown of Apple’s next big gigantic release, all of what’s being called most often the iPhone 5. This device has many rumors and insider tips on details surrounding it, all of this coming together to create a lovely picture of a late 2011 or early 2012 release of the next generation of one of the most popular smartphones on earth. Let’s begin with a possible late October release and some fresh ink on a Chinese iPhone LTE deal. Note before we continue on that we’ve got to mention the other iPhone that’ll very possibly be coming out: the iPhone 4S. This phone, if you ask me, will be given away for free, while other sources say it’ll be coming out first and free while the iPhone 5 is pushed back to a later date.
iPhone 5 production delay could see cheap 4S launch alone
Apple may have been over-ambitious with its iPhone 5 plans, it’s suggested, with reports that the more impressive of a two device line-up originally intended for a simultaneous launch will in fact be delayed. Although Apple is on track with a low-end iPhone, based on the current iPhone 4, for an aggressively priced holiday push, 9 to 5 Mac‘s sources say, the true fifth-gen iPhone is experiencing significant production issues and may well be delayed and/or initially in short supply.
iPhone 5 “just weeks away” complete with NFC
Apple’s iPhone 5 is “just weeks away” from being unveiled, according to an unnamed source at the company, with rumors still indicating that it will be a significant departure from the current iPhone 4. Though Apple is yet to confirm any plans itself, speculation has coalesced on a late-September or early-October announcement, something a Bits insider apparently confirms. Those sources also suggest that the Case-Mate cases teasingly posted then pulled by the accessory company “seemed potentially authentic.”
iPhone 5 radical new design hinted by Case-Mate
Images have leaked from the prolific accessories maker Case-Mate that suggest the iPhone 5 will indeed have a radical new design. The images show renderings of case designs that support a lot of the rumors surrounding the next-gen iPhone. The company has been designing cases for the iPhone ever since the original launched on AT&T, so they’re more likely privy to some insider info.
2012 iPhone could have inductive wireless charging
Apple is reportedly considering a new charging technology for the 2012 iPhone, the successor to the new model – or models – expected to arrive later this year. According to the WSJ‘s sources, while Apple has been busy prepping the fifth-gen iPhone for its Q3 release, some of its engineers have been working on a more significant reworking for the following year.
iPhone 4 Titanium Case Costs As Much As The Phone Itself
Although we all know the iPhone 5 and 4S are on there way, that doesn't mean you shouldn't treasure your current iPhone 4. And instead of saving up for the next-gen iPhone, you might splurge on a new protective case, well, at least that's what accessories maker Case-Mate is hoping for. The company has recently introduced a new premium case for the iPhone 4 made with titanium.

Samsung Galaxy S II Official Accessories Review
Samsung’s Galaxy S II smartphone blew us away with its combination of dual-core performance, impressive Super AMOLED Plus display and super-slim dimensions, beating the HTC Sensation to the market. The company’s official accessories haven’t been so timely, however, but the Samsung Vehicle Dock Kit, HDTV Adapter, Desktop Dock and Battery Charger Stand are finally on the SlashGear test bench.
