Nobody can deny the impact that Android has had in the technology industry, as well as in tech culture, throughout that past several years. A few details have been leaked by an anonymous tipster as to what the next-generation DROID RAZR M will be, building on the greatness of the already fabulous palm-sized beast. We had our first look at the original DROID RAZR M earlier this year in NYC, the reveal event also playing host to one of the first public showings of a newly minted Google-owned Motorola, complete with Google-minded software choices for Android - like on-screen buttons, for example. Here we're seeing the logical next step for the DROID RAZR M with an "HD" name addition, but the specifications we're seeing aren't quite as solid as we'd hope - not logically, that is.

Acer V350 flagship smartphone leaks in benchmarks for CES 2013

It would appear that the folks at Acer have had a bit of a leak in more ways than one this week with a brand new smartphone popping up in the GLBenchmark listing environment complete with nearly all of its hardware specifications. The device goes by the code-name V350 and unless a higher-powered device appears after this, will be the hero or "flagship" phone for the company throughout early 2013. This machine has a 1280 x 720 display (1196 x 720 here) likely over 4-inches in size and is running no less than Android 4.1.2 right at the flag fall.

Verizon’s Samsung ATIV Odyssey leaks with Windows Phone 8

Samsung's new Windows Phone 8 device for Verizon's network, the ATIV Odyssey, has been spotted pre-announcement, with a press image of the LTE smartphone creeping into the wild. The official looking shot emerged via evleaks - which also help spoil Verizon's surprise with the HTC DROID DNA over the weekend - though we've heard whispers of the name and specifications since early in 2012.
