ASUS' Transformer Prime may only have gone on sale a short time ago, but the company has already prepared a new model, the Transformer Prime TF700T, with a 1080p-capable display. iPhone / Samsung F700 / Prada Phone Rumors Debunked

The following image has been circulating the internet for the past few days, resulting in mass hysteria due to the fact that Apple is currently suing the pants off of Samsung for infringing on their copyrights. This image appears to show that the Samsung F700 was first shown at CEBIT 2006 and released in February of 2007. What whoever made the image didn't take the time to do was check their facts and find that although Samsung may have spoken about advancing their cell phone plans previous to 2007, they only showed the F700 design for the first time February 8th, 2007.

Sony S-Frame DPP-F700 photo frame with printer getting January US launch [Video]

Remember the Sony S-Frame DPP-F700 combination digital photo frame and printer?  Announced late last month over in Singapore, the 7-inch WVGA display has just seen its official US launch, and it's expected to arrive in stores in January for around $200.  As well as displaying images on-screen - loaded either via USB or on a memory card, but frustratingly not wirelessly - the DPP-F700 can spit out 4 x 6-inch glossy prints for your mother-in-law to take away.

LG KF600 and KF700 spotted in Barcelona, sort of

Vincent hasn’t actually been able to get any real images of the phones as they technically haven’t even been announced yet, but they’re the ones that put up billboards of the phones all over the city, so Vincent got a pic of one of those which shows both handsets. The KF600 is basically the LG Venus, and the KF700 is a full touch-screen phone with haptic feedback.

Samsung F700 aka the Vodafone Croix Reviewed

Vincent Nguyen got his grubby little hands on another phone the rest of us will just have to dream about, Samsung F700 or the Vodafone Croix. We’ve written about this phone several times before eventually getting some hands on time at CeBIT a few months ago, but Vincent actually got one in for review.

Rumor: Samsung F700 “Croix” coming to US?

Rumor: Samsung F700 “Croix” coming to US?

Word on the streets is that we could see that amazing smartphone stateside sometime soon. The rumor states that Verizon might be the carrier of the “Croix” that the Jesus-Phone gets nailed to, that was a bad pun, I’m going to hell for that one.

Furthermore, the phone is supposed to be getting fitted with the necessary CDMA and EV-DO chipsets instead of the HSPA and GSM that it has now. Everything else, including the 3MP cam, touch interface, and sliding keyboard would stay.

SlashGear Exclusive: Video hands-on with Samsung’s F700 iPhone-rival

Last month Vodafone announced their agreementwith Samsung to sell the F700 smartphone under the unusual name "Croix", and at the time I lamented my lack of in-depth playtime with the handset.  Well, thanks to yesterday's Samsung event which SlashGear were invited to I had an opportunity to grab some footage of the HSDPA-toting, QWERTY-sliding F700; back in October I said it was "one of the strongest competitors to the iPhone", and that opinion has only got stronger.

SlashGear at CeBIT: Samsung F700 Hands-on

SlashGear at CeBIT: Samsung F700 Hands-on

The Samsung Ultra Smart F700 has been more than adequately covered on SlashGear and My iPhone. What’s been missing is our very own hands-on with the handset. Others have video coverage of the Ultra Smart F700, but none of them will show you what you’re about to watch. Gizmodo ran an article titled “Samsung F700 Video Tease: Look, But Don’t Touch.” You’ll see that this isn’t the case, because I’m all over it!
