It’s the first I’ve seen of a coming solution to Internet lock-out when using Satellite.

Today, I found the Seagate support info page for this device and it answered (especially the “Getting Started” video) many questions for me, although I still have others.

One thing I haven’t seen, so far, is anything about a playlist feature. With thousands of music tracks, there’s a serious need for playlists and folders of playlists.

Media takes up the lion’s share of my onboard storage so it’s interesting to think that one would only need to buy the smallest capacity iPod/Pad/Phone or Droid.
