I paid
$32.67 for a XBOX 360 and my mom got a 17 inch Toshiba laptop for $94.83 being
delivered to our house tomorrow by FedEX. I will never again pay expensive
retail prices at stores. I even sold a 46 inch HDTV to my boss for $650 and it

Ummm…. So its the maker of a 3D goggles’ fault if some idiot chooses to wear them on the interstate while driving 75 MPH??

Its also McDonalds fault if someone spills coffee on their lap while driving if the driver chose to set it between their legs?

Then its Apples fault that someone texts away while driving while distracted? At what point can a person be expected to exercise RESPONSIBILITY for their OWN actions. Posts like that kinda make me a little ill.

And BTW, I’m a bicyclist who was hit by a kid texting away two years ago (recovered mostly), so I’m not a fan of the distractions that drivers have, I’ve seen all of em. I probably have more of a vested interest than most. But your comment above makes me a little ill.

Here’s an idea we can all live with: if an electronic device and/or associated hardware/software not integral with the operation of the car is in use when a crash occurs, the device manufacturer is responsible for the consequences, both civil and criminal, to be divided among the driver and CEO(s) of all other devices/hardware/software being used at the time. In case of criminal charges, the CEO(s) of device/hardware/software manufacturers will be incarcerated for the full length of the sentence with no chance for parole at their own expense.

Please…let’s all assume that every person in America owns an Apple device..oh wait! last time I checked only 28% of smartphone users in the U.S. use an iOS so let’s totally ignore the other 72% of people…when will journalists stop inflating Apple and actually report on the rest of the world who is still using Nokias and Motorolas? The way this reads everybody has an iPhone which just isn’t true!
