As for the issues, that’s a drag, a software company should know better, but this NoDo update sounds promising .

Many people’s phones were rendered useless. Worthless bricks. Not only that, but those people lost all their data, all their photos, all their documents. Unrecoverable. Phone carriers are saying that replacement phones will take 4-6 weeks. Great.
