S-voice is made by vlingo and the galaxy phones have had voice recognition of some kind even on the first sgs to some extent. Vlingo on the sgs 2 was particularly awesome so I don’t see why apple is pist off at all. Scared of competition? Or is another company making apple’s products appear less unique? Lol apple are pathetic for all of these patent wars.

Apple is afraid to go head-to-head with other technology companies in a fair way. Their solution? Sue everybody. Remember how they sued Nokia like crazy last year? Nokia beat the crap out of Apple in that case!! LOL!!!

Apple needs to stop trying to win via lawsuits and be INNOVATORS!!! Their last revolutionary product was the original iPhone. The iPod touch is a phone-less iPhone. The iPad is a gigantic iPod Touch.

If Apple believes so much in their products, they should allow them to battle head-to-head with rivals instead of suing for patent-infringement to block the sale of specific devices, just like they tried with HTC with the One X and EVO 4G LTE.

Apple is showing everyone that they are afraid and extremely desperate. Very sad. Their loyal customers will always be pro-Apple no matter what, but people need to open their eyes and see that Apple products aren’t perfect and competition-less.

We will never see mass innovation as long as patent trolls like Apple exist solely to sue the pants off everyone.

Myself I prefer Samsung. That doesnt mean I dont like Apple products. They are very impressive units. The amount of complaining by Apple as of late makes me start to dislike them. Always trying to block any form of competition. They remind me of children playing a board game..you cheated…

This tit-for-tat from Apple is starting to become tiresome. A quick google search reveals Samsung produce around 25% of iphone 4 components and a simillar portion of ipad components. Though these supplies will net samsung $11billion in 2012 perhaps it’s time they called Apples bluff and told them to drop the pointless litigation or they’ll cease to supply Apple with the components to build the products they so avidly protect.

It is pretty sad that lately, technology companies are innovating by preventing innovation with countless lawsuits and patent disputes. If this was a year or two ago, Apple would not care because they OWNED the market. Now, it is not enough to sue for monetary damages (which I could understand if a patent was infringed), but they want to BAN the device wholly. It feels like Apple is slowly degenerating since Steve Jobs passed.

Is there a company out there that looks as desperate as Apple? I don’t get it.

What’s with the sense of entitlement, Apple? Mobile phone market doesn’t solely belong to Apple. Competition is a good thing for the consumers. The context menu patent is absolutely rubbish! I hope the courts start viewing Apple as the boy who cried wolf.
