Samsung starts 64GB 1.8-inch SSD productionsSamsung has starts production of 64GB memory-based SSD drive for mobile computing. The drive will be in 1.8-inch form and to be used in sub-notebook, ultra-mobile PCs and portable devices such as media players. SSD market will increase by 270 percent over the next four years due to demands.
