Samsung starts 64GB 1.8-inch SSD productionsSamsung has starts production of 64GB memory-based SSD drive for mobile computing. The drive will be in 1.8-inch form and to be used in sub-notebook, ultra-mobile PCs and portable devices such as media players. SSD market will increase by 270 percent over the next four years due to demands. Samsung did not disclose any pricing information at this moment, the drive produced would be sold to manufacturers and not end-users.
