Of course it doesn’t look like the iPhone. A piece of shit phone like the S3 could never be an Apple product. Take the iPhone 5 for example. it’s more durable, has better benchmarks than most Android phones including the S3 and runs a better, more secure, less fragmented OS. But I like how you only pointed out the S3 as a Samsung product when they’ve clearly released other products than just that. And c’mon now, a stylus. A stylus will never be sucesful because people will always end up losing it and instead of incorporating a stylus with a phone they should make the phone more touch-friendly for finger touches..

That’s a funny statement considering Apple never innovated anything in it’s whole existence. Apple takes existing products, and makes them prettier and throws massive marketing campaigns behind them. Samsung, however, has innovated in nearly every single aspect of technology from computers to Refrigerators, to microprocessors. LTE, and LED and AMOLED Display technology Samsung invented this shit. If apple were such pioneers they wouldn’t have to use billions of dollars in samsung tech to sell their shitty, albeit pretty products.

The Galaxy SIII does not look anything like an iPhone. It’s an asymetrical blob. The Galaxy Note 10.1 doesn’t look anything like the iPad. The Note 10.1 uses a Wacom stylus for christ’s sake and is completely centered around note taking and drawing. Apple won’t even go near an active stylus. How the hell is that copying?

Better watch out Samsung, Apple will come out with the ‘swivel’ for its iPad in a few years and the courts won’t allow you to present this as prior art evidence!
