I like the design…would have preferred the viewable part of the screen to extend all the way up to below the earpiece. Like the bottom design…would like to see HTC recapture their design and make a pure ICS phone with 4.5″ HD screen with a removable battery with back cover, SD card slot of 64GB with 32GB internal, 2GB RAM, 12 or 16Mpx camera with their camera sense tech and pentaband 3G/HSPA+. A device that will be welcomed on most networks and non of that exclusive nonsense.

Since this has the potential to turn into a fanboi bitchslap fest, let me remind the apple fanbois that apple did not invent the mouse, the GUI, touchscreen technology, retail stores, portable audio players, headphones, dancing, mobile phones, tablet computing, black turtlenecks or aluminium.

Most, if not all, of the patent cases files by Apple has to do with “design” or “IOS” not components. They don’t make any of the internal contents expect for the CPU.

Of course they can rip Apple off. They have early access to Apple designs since they are a vendor. If a vendor uses the designs to compete with their client, it is very bad form because they have violated the trust of the vendee. That has been the whole reason Apple and Samsung have been on ice lately.
