After wasting hours trying to rewrite my app I gave up. The switch from the old Maple Browser to Webkit is way more cumbersome than it should be.

Paid apps have always been an option. Maybe the ad platform will help, but they need to fix the debugger and improve documentation if they want developers to switch over.
