Samsung SGH-a747 SLM Napster Phone

So we already mentioned this, but we have something new, more specs, and a whole lot more pics. In fact if I recollect right, we didn't have a single pic of the actual handset last time.

It has Bluetooth 2.0, Quad-Band GSM, Dual-Band UMTS, and a talk time of about 3 hours. There is the 2MP cam that has up to a 4x digital zoom, and other than all the video and music services that come with it, it has Java, and SMS, MMS, AIM, MSN, and Yahoo! instant messengers built in.

It still has the 3G HSDPA/UMTS and it will work with the Video Share service that allows you to share real time video with other participating members. The phone works with the Napster service at the outrageous price of $1.99 per track for 5 for $7.49. The SLM will also work with mobile XM radio and AT&T's MusicID service.

So, basically its still the decent clamshell, and the extremely overpriced music download service. I suppose for $150 you could do worse as far as phones go, but you could probably do better too, although I will make note of something I noticed, if you like thin phones, this one looks highly reminiscent of the Fin which was 11mm, this one measures in at .51 inches thick or close to 13mm, so it's fairly thin.
