What is a Stability of a processor/SoC? I was under the impression that chips are “flawless” as compared to software.

My point is that people are talking about it like its already been announced and detailed when nothing has happened yet.

You must be the only person who believes that Samsung will launch their flagship Tablet/Phone without a huge media event. They have clearly stated that their “hero” devices will be launched in a separate event.
Check ARM blog for recent WQXGA display running on 5250. 5250 is the ONLY SoC capable of natively supporting WQXGA at 60fps. It uses T604MP4. It was also shown on CES (check androidandme website). Mass production of the SoC starts on Q2.
In SID, they had shown 10.1 inch PLS WQXGA display. That was about an year back. They are using 12.8GB/s memory bandwidth in the SoC. Matching with this they have also developed wide IO interface for mobile DRAM capable of 12.8GB/s. What more information do you need?
And if that’s not enough for any indications, you may just wait for their official announcement. If you don’t want to do that, you are free to get any other Tablet of your choice — nobody is forcing you to buy a Samsung Tab.

There is enough information, depends how much you are willing to search.

I never said or implied anything about the sgsIII.

And going into production soon does not mean a release is just around the corner. That means that soon they will start making them, and it’ll take another couple months to release em. That could be 3+ months out.

And “journalists” say a lot of things regarding devices, with about a 5% success rate, so that means little to nothing.

You make it sound as if there is a single bit of confirmed information for SGS3

If samsung said Cortex A15 is going in for mass production soon along with few “journalist” having seen the so called mystical tablet, that’s good enough for me to think that they have it coming down the pipeline soon

Galaxy Tab 7.7 came out with Exynos and LTE on the current gen Exynos 4 so i would hope that they have it ironed out
