The iPad sold 7.3m in Q4 alone – i.e. in the three month period October to December 2010.

If the iPad sold 7.3 million in a year and the Tab sold 2 million in three months (= 8 million in a year), doesn’t that mean that Galaxy Tab sales are stronger than iPad sales?

thats not bad at all, Samsung doing pretty good! Its a win-win situation, selling processor and there own tab

Selling 2 million units in less than 90 days is no mean feat. Sure, Samsung couldn’t beat iPad, but I don’t think that that is because the Apple tablet is better than the Samsung tablet. Apple just happens to have a fanatic fan-following which Samsung doesn’t enjoy. That’s all.

wow I din expect it’s going to sell so much…I find it too small n the Android 2.2 is still not designed for tablet use…will it be entitled for Android 3.0 update? Hope Android faster release its OS customized for tablets then buying an Android tablet will make more sense…
