Samsung should have quietly retooled their Galaxy 10.1 after Apple announced iPad2 instead of immediately declaring the Galaxy 10.1′s parts as “inadequate”. Just do it. I love the Galaxy Tab, because it tries to be sexier than iPad and succeeds in many ways, but don’t leave a trail that lands you in courts…

Looks like Samsung and Motorola have put together some real competition and Apple is grasping at straws to try and slow them down anyway they can. I’ve had my Samsung 10.1 for about two weeks and fall a little deeper in love with it everyday. Go Droids!

Sheesh, all of you defending apple dont know anything about computing history
but what can anyone expect when your only exposure to tablets have been that of apples.

This is funny due in part to the fact that everyone can see Samsung is ripping off Apple overseas…. The thing is if they had not why is all the major courts looking into it and blocking I’m sorry but Germany and Australia are already blocking this tablet. I feel bad for them but then again if you look at the Galaxy 1 & 2 “overseas” edition I think the case is made pretty clear…

Tough as nails? I just read an article on TNW that said the Dusseldorf Court was the European equivalent of the famous patent trolling court in East Texas.

That Euro court is tough as nails and is anti-U.S. Apple would have to introduce compelling evidence to win and it did.

Totally agree, what with the way they ripped off the … oh wait, no but they definitely ripped off the way that Apple … um … put a screen into it covered by glass and it’s generally rectangular with brightly colored icons.
