Samsung’s Impression touchscreen AMOLED feature-phone has gone on sale today, the first commercially-available device with such a screen in the US.  Featuring a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, 3-megapixel camera and full-HTML browser, the Impressions’ crowning glory is its 3.2-inch display.

Announced back at CTIA, the Impression supports the popular webmail formats, AT&T’s MEdia Net and CV streaming video, and the carrier’s GPS service, all of which come preloaded.  There’s also stereo speakers, an integrated pedometer and speech recognition.

The Samsung Impression is available now, priced at $199.99 with a new two-year agreement with AT&T.  It’s on sale in-store and through AT&T’s website.
