Two new HTIB systems from Samsung have been released, the former (HT-TX500), already having been released in Germany, and the latter (HT-TWX500), soon to be released in Korea. They both appear to be 5.1 systems.

What is known, is that the TX500 offers up 1000 watts of power and uses NXT tech to get even sound distribution. The satellite speakers are wireless too, and I must admit, it looks like a rather appealing system.

The TX500 goes for $1250, and the TWX500 goes for $1460, there isn’t any mention as to why the TWX500 costs more, or what’s different about it. No word on whether these will be available in the states though, but there are plenty of choices already stateside, so there’s that.
