The AT&T regional rep I talked to at Best Buy at the time of purchase assured me that at least the upgrade to Gingerbread would be coming, but no joy there either. Unfortunate, but suggests where the company is really coming from. Different than Apple, for sure.

With Google buying Motorola mobility and the prospect of future Nexus products being built by Moto, I can’t help but feel a bit disappointed should Samsung not get a crack at future Nexus (or just pure google) devices.  Of all the Android OEMs, they are easily doing the best overall hardware.
