It seems that this has become a major problem for Samsung...so much so that they have run out of parts in Australia...I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for mine to be repaired after being promised it would only take 3 days...and still no sign of when it will be ready. I've lost all my data and though I loved the phone, I'll never buy another Samsung again!!

I have to say I find it interesting that Slashgear is the only high profile tech site talking about this issue. Cnet, Engadget and other similar sites are saying nada about this issue. Does not mean it isn't true. I just think it is odd this is the only place I can find info on this problem.
And save the comments about how Samsung has paid off the others to keep quiet. :)
