The Galaxy Note has a PenTile screen and that was larger than this. So I would say it is very unlikely that it will be RGB (Plus) at that ppi/size.

They certainly seem to be using PLUS in reference to the Galaxy Tab 7.7. I can’t seem to find any reference to Samsung no longer using the PLUS for the non-pentile screens. Instead of being unnecessarily rude, your time would be better used by linking to sources that support your claim.

These new HD Amoled screens are not Pentile friend. They dropped the ‘+’ moniker because its no longer needed. They are no longer producing pentile displays, they are all RGB from this point on. You must have missed the news. Go back and read IFA articles my boy, you are behind the times.

too bad Samsung couldn’t do it all. Pentile on the HD and no Amoled, let alone Amoled+ on the LTE GS2. The decision to move ahead “semi-baked” makes sense in order to slow momentum around an impending iPhone announcement.
