Hi, after I upgraded my Galaxy SII to android 4, I wasnlt sure how to have a PIN involked opon restarting my handphone. Where is the function? Also I don;t find that my screen lock is working even after I set a PIN

I’m using DarkyRom, because I didn’t want to go through the pain of unrooting and flashing stock stuff. But there is a lot that’s different to Gingerbread, face unlock, resizable widgets, faster 3G, faster read/write times, faster loading of pretty much everything. Also if you don’t use TouchWiz then it’s a completely different look is ICS to GB.

Gingerbread is as stable as hot watery oatmeal compared to ICS. It is fast and neat and clean.

There are plenty of features that ICS has that I would like access to, the ability to disable apps that you don’t want, the new Google Widgets, Google Chrome, etc. I have an ICS custom ROM on my Galaxy S that’s pretty freakin’ sweet. I will probably be loading a version of that ROM on my GS2 when it’s available, though I would like to see what Samsung has done to ICS (some parts of TouchWiz are an improvement over AOSP, some are not)

whats the major reason to upgrade from the very stable gingerbread..to icecream sandwich?
