I'm using DarkyRom, because I didn't want to go through the pain of unrooting and flashing stock stuff. But there is a lot that's different to Gingerbread, face unlock, resizable widgets, faster 3G, faster read/write times, faster loading of pretty much everything. Also if you don't use TouchWiz then it's a completely different look is ICS to GB.

There are plenty of features that ICS has that I would like access to, the ability to disable apps that you don't want, the new Google Widgets, Google Chrome, etc. I have an ICS custom ROM on my Galaxy S that's pretty freakin' sweet. I will probably be loading a version of that ROM on my GS2 when it's available, though I would like to see what Samsung has done to ICS (some parts of TouchWiz are an improvement over AOSP, some are not)
