Its the ICS Objection rom based off of UCLF5 by Team perfection. This ROM is amazing! And yes, I’ve got the premium suite along with touchwiz from the GS3 and S voice.

Its debatable. I have the touchwiz from the GS3 on my Note and its much much better than touchwiz from gingerbread. Extremely usable and not ugly either.

The people I talked to in the past said they lost S pen functionality, which was the basis of my post above.

My point about stock setup being castrated by skins still stands, though.

Not true whatsoever. Take a Look at xda once in a while. I’m running an extrememly fast and stable version of ICS on my Note and the S pen functionality is actually improved. Almost every rom made for this phone leaves the S pen functionality in tact. Its a huge selling point.

Yeah Baby! Phablets all the way! Phones with screens under 5 inches will be an oddity in a couple of years. iPhone5 will miss the mark if it’s only 4 inches with a 16:9 ratio. People want to surf the web, watch videos and play games on something Human eyes can actually see. Besides. who phones anyone theses days? We Text, Twitter, Facebook and e-mail. So what if it looks like you are holding a laptop to your face… You’ll only be on the call for a minute. And why aren’t you using a Bluetooth earpiece anyway?

Will definitely be great hardware-wise, but castrated by carrier bloat and Samsung’s TurdPiss UI again. If you root and install a custom ROM, you’ll most likely lose the S-Pen functionality.

this will kill any effort on AT&T’s part to release the ICS update for the first Note since it might hurt sales of the new Note II.

The galaxy note is still to small for me. Hopefully this new note will be bigger. It should be bumped up to at least 6in. So I can hide my face with it while I’m on the phone.

Why buy a Tmobile Note if the Galaxy Note II is just around the corner. Well lets hope the Tmo Note will be similar to the Note II.
