Fact is that apple is utilizing 3G patents that belongs to Samsung and they’ve never denied it.

Not that it matters… Anyone in Telecom could see this from miles away.

Microsofts claims may have to do with the way iphone UTILIZES the Qualcomm chipset… Which may indeed be a legit claim. It gets more technical than I have time to analyze.
