From the look of things, it seems to me that Samsung is struggling to move from LCD to OLED TV while LG Electronics is already talking about OLED and WOLED TVs. From all indications, it is but clear that LG Electronics is going to carry the day with the OLED TV market.

Even though samsung is losing millions of dollars in LCD and they want to focus on OLED, I don’t think they can jump into OLED right away this year. Not long ago, they mentioned that it’s all about picture quality when it comes to making a decision on tvs to degrade Apple TV. They are gonna need to deal with the issues on their OLED TV like short lifespan of its blue pixels to keep their word.
