The new Nexus with ICS cannot play Flash based content and won’t ever be able to. Would such an upgrade to the Sll render *IT* unable to play Flash as it can at the moment?

All I can say is Touch-whiz will not improve the already damn fine UI of ICS. Samsung would be smart to do away with Touch-whiz all together in my opinion. That’s just me though.

It is not. All rooting does is give you administrative (root) permissions on your phone. This allows you to make modifications which would otherwise be impossible. Sim/Carrier unlocking is quite different and sometimes requires proprietary unlock codes from your carrier.

trust me buddy Sammy will leak its firmware before the release date take place. Atleast by January :)

There are already 2 leaks of the official ROM for SGSII but it is still in Alpha testing state. So far looks pretty good. So my guess is by End of January we’ll see the official firmware release via leak and 2 months later will be Official release.
