well apple has copied the notification bar on android. so i guess google, sumsung can sue apple back and request a ban on IOS5 plus the IOS5 devices. I saw few apple Iphone4s’ with IOS5 and its notification bar is identical to android

You can do it Samsung. Apple have never giving Samsung credits on implemented those iphone hardware. yet using Samsung technologies without paying royalty and still claiming that they made everything. Not to mention that parts are made by Sony, Toshiba, Samsung and many other firms.

It is time to bring the balance. If Samsung does not compete then who would? Nokia is a dead horse, Sony pretty dead but still moving. HTC is another thread to Apple and I think soon will be a close competition. Apple will soon sueing HTC because it scared.

There will be some back and forth suing and then they will settle, and a bunch of attorneys will make a bunch of money. BUT Apple’s first-to-market business model has always worked since the second (+third, fourth, etc.) to market geberally lagged far enough behind in terms of the calendar. The problem is that Apple doesn’t set the pace any more and the latest followers don’t want to release only once a year. Plus, sometimes second-to-market products are perceived by some to be superior. So, really, Apple suing Samsung over GTab is mostly motivated by their desire to maintain their annual release cycle, and less about really enforcing their patents. Samsung’s counter-suing is just tit-for-tat and trying to prevent sales of a new device, as they perceived Apple did to them.

TIME TO GO RINGBARK SOME APPLES that have outgrown their use!

They need to attack the antenna design as well, I believe that Samsung own the patents for dual antenna’s.

Also, the use of the home button to launch voice assistant should be pointed out. Another android feature stolen by iTards.
