no luck. The whole thing is a business unto itself. Utility patents only propels more suits in the tech industry. If you spend the time to market and establish a successful lemonade stand on a street corner and someone wets up shop on the opposite with a different formula, you would find any way to get rid of the competition who isbiting of your success. so long as there is money involved, this is the cost of doing business

Yes, but in my perspective, Apple should make an agreement, a deal or a settlement with Samsung, rather than waging patent lawsuits back and forth in pretty much every single country they sell their products in.
Samsung has tried many attempts to negotiate with Apple by offering them a certain price for each patents they’ll use, but has been denied. In result? More lawsuits against Samsung for infringement and violation, which eventually started the pant lawsuits.

I agree that the patent lawsuits are getting out of control, however, from a business perspective…Apple invested millions into R&D and bringing the tablet and iphone to the mass market. Whether you like it or not, is irrelevent.
Another company comes along and literally duplicates your exact product without putting in the time and $$$ for R&D. No matter what business you are in, you would go after them as well.

I hope Samsung wins this one, especially because it’s their own court at Korea this time. Apple seriously needs to learn their lesson for being little bitches crying about every single ridiculously retarded patents being violated.
