For one, Dubai isn’t a company. Second, it’s a common practice for large companies to house multiple operations within “mammoth buildings.” All you did was draw a pretty cruddy correlation between events which can and more often than not are completely unrelated.

Then again, I’ve met your type many a time. People like you try to appear intelligent and thoughtful by spreading FUD, but their droning gets lost in the sea of idiots trying to do exactly what you just tried to do.

A tablet has become an extremely useful device. But as Apple led the way with it your “anti-Apple” ism shows how ignorant you are.

As was shown in the Apple-Samsung courtcase, the design concepts for the iPhone pre-date the LG Prada.

Calling people who like Apple products sheep doesn’t really fly. Sheep tend to follow each other, and Android has ~72% market share, so the flock has gathered elsewhere.

As for your “Only thing Apple is good at”, that clearly shows your ignorance.

Yeah right, what is a tablet “computer”? It is an under-powered laptop with a touchscreen and all its internals behind said touchscreen. It clearly does not take a genius to “invent” something like that. And the iPhone? Inspired by LG Prada.
Only thing Apple are good at is marketing (and suing their competition in Lucy Koh’s court).
Don’t be a sheep and start to think independently, instead of buying into the Apple hype. #boycottapple

Lol, well said ! I can’t believe some of these deluded fanboys who actually buy into this Apple R&D crap. Everyone knows that Apple spends but a fraction of what Samsung does on R&D. Not to mention that things like icons,rounded corners on a rectangle,the touchscreen and so on …cost Apple $0 in R&D other than the cost associated with taking somone eles ideas and inventions and putting them on your own products.

No R&D? Yet the tablet market was literally created by them and the Smartphone market may not be what it is today without them.

I’d say they do quite a bit of R&D there. Enough at least to get competitors to follow in their tracks.

Why would you want to build it in America. There are heaps of places that are cheaper and better.
