Samsung has announced some new apps that are coming this spring to deliver Samsung smart TV users more personalized viewing experiences. Samsung already has a large and impressive number of apps available for smart TV users and has added three more popular apps to its line. The apps will be available for Samsung smart TVs, Blu-ray players, and some home entertainment systems.

All the new apps are available as of yesterday to download by users with devices that support apps from Samsung. The three apps include FOX NOW, Spotify, and Univision's UVideos. Samsung says that these three new apps help expand key areas of its content library bringing more audio and video content to users.

The FOX NOW app will allow viewers to watch on-demand content from their favorite FOX shows on any device that is Samsung App Enabled. The app will allow users to watch popular shows such as The Following, Bones, New Girl, and others. Full episodes are free to watch using the app with a subscription to a participating cable or satellite provider.

Spotify is a digital music service that brings its large catalog of audio content to Samsung's smart TV platform. Music from the app can also be outputted from the TV to the user's audio system for better listening quality. Univision's UVideo app is described as the first bilingual digital network offering daytime, prime time, and variety program on-demand from Univision. All of these apps are now available on the redesigned Samsung Smart Hub platform.
