In fact HTC has already filed a lawsuit against it. Samsung devices are not as great as people think they are.

the 10.1 tablet is very disappointing though, and will fail just as badly as the other tablets.  last year’s specs + a pen.  wow.  what a letdown.  where’s the 11 inch HD SAMOLED display with the new exynos they said was coming at MWC?  slap a pen on that & I’ll throw my wallet at you.

Android is more about many niches combining to be a force in the market. Apple is one size fits all. The size of the iphone is perfect on average, but some folks are bigger than average. The iPad is an ideal size and has amazing balance, but it won’t fit in even a large purse.

I think the note is freaking awesome, I don’t have any reason to own one though. I am a 3d geek though, so even though the iPhone 4s is a much better all-around device… I’m a 3D evo owner because my love of 3D photography trumps my need for ios. (And well… Ipod touch 4th gen is always face to face with my evo in my pocket anyway… Two of them still way less bulk than my Hitachi G1000.)

It is an amazing time for both platforms and portable computing in general.
