Worth Reading?
There are some things that just make a person feel very patriotic. One of the big reasons why I love the US is because we don’t get screwed on release dates like some countries. Sure, Japan got Super Smash Bros. Brawl a month before we did, big deal. That’s nothing to the wait Europe has for most titles. If rumors are to be believed, some European rockers may have to wait until September before getting their Rock Band on.
The latest inside word is that PS2, PS3 and Wii players are all going to be delayed until September. The good news? Xbox 360 users will be treated to a May release. Sure, May still sucks, but that’s still a few months earlier than the other consoles will see it.
If these rumors are indeed true, I would guess that the Wii version of Rock Band should be expected sometime before September. Then again I still think there’s something fishy going on with all of this talk about Rock Band on the Wii. Something seems off about it all, but I can’t quite put my finger on it.
