That’s right, the wall, er, price is finally coming down. At least it looks that way, what with a Wal-Mart and Toys `R’ Us ads both showing a $50 price cut it sure is getting mighty convincing.
I don’t have personal contacts in any printing plants, newspapers, or either of the aforementioned stores that could hook me up with a stolen ad or two, but both pictures look pretty legit. That combined with the cut coming on close to the same date? I’d say the few facts we have make me at least hopeful, if not convinced.
The Wal-Mart ad says the price drops on August 8th, the Toys `R’ Us ad says it’s a “Price Break” and that it’s happening four days later, on the 12th. I am glad to see this, especially after the recent HD-DVD add-on price drop, this is turning out to be a great summer for the 360.
