Rumor – New video-capable iPod nano on the way

Looking forward to getting a new iPod? If you don’t need something as large as the full-size iPod but still want some video playback, you might like the new iPod nano.

Rumor has it that the iPod in the picture is actually quite close to the real thing. The new iPod is said to be 2-inches square, play video and come in 4GB and 8GB flavors for the same price as the current iPod nano.

There is also a rumor floating around about a new (and yet unnamed) iPod that is essentially going to be a “phoneless iPhone.” The speculated price is going to be $299 and $399. Lets just hope that they’ve got a larger storage capacity than the iPhone, I doubt people will pay $299 for a 4GB iPod that doesn’t make phone calls.
