I’m not hatin’, I think it’s a great idea, and if they were going to do it, Hova is definitely the go to guy to get such a business going, I mean, he did say “I’m a Hustla!” like forty-thousand times in that one song. Really though, the Jigga man did step down from his post at Def Jam meaning he is free.

Apparently this leak comes from someone close to Jay, and apparently he likes the business model and has more or less given this deal the go ahead, so they might just be waiting for MacWorld to make the announcement. I can’t believe that I might actually get to see tha boy himself, anyways, a Jay-Z and Jobs collabo could be the magic the music industry needs to finally start getting some of those indie artists into the mainstream where they belong.

The best part is, Apple would have to work less with these half retarded labels that are trying to control Apple and the way they do business. I mean, they couldn’t cut them out completely because the other labels still have artists, but they wouldn’t have to work with them as much.

” I mean, they couldn’t cut them out completely because the other labels still have artists” – who writes this stuff? I guess Apple will have to wait until the labels no longer have any artists to “cut them out completely”.
