Don’t you like how easy it is to access media on the internet? You hear a song on the radio, then just head on over to iTunes and download it. The new season of Heroes is about to start, just head over to iTunes and download it. Well, that last part might soon come to a screeching halt.

Apparently NBC has been unable to come to an agreement with Apple over the pricing of their TV shows, which could ultimately lead to NBC’s shows disappearing from the iTunes Store.

Pricing hasn’t been the only issue in the negotiations, NBC is also wanting better piracy controls and the ability to bundle videos. The contract isn’t set to expire until December so there is still time for them to sort out their differences.

    Apple is trying to keep the content affordable, NBC wants to reach into consumers pocket deeper than what it is now.
