Rock Band gets 10 new tracks, Europe to get localized content

Harmonix announced today that they will indeed be brining Rock Band to Europe on the PS2, PS3 and Xbox 360 sometime in early 2008. While that's going to be a little behind the US launch, they're going to get some localized music content to make up for it.

It's really cool to hear that Harmonix has decided to change what music will be played on the European version of the game. It's a little hard to imagine that there are plenty of bands that are huge across the pond that we've never even heard of.

Also revealed were 10 new tracks that will be on the game when it launches. All of the songs announced were master tracks, that makes only 3 of the 26 songs announced thus far cover tracks. The full rundown of tracks is listed below.
