For would-be drummers out there that have been eagerly anticipating the release of stand-alone drum kits for Rock Band, your wait is finally over. You should be able to pick up your plastic drums at your favorite retailer.
It’s been a long three months for some, but those that didn’t feel like fronting the cash for the whole bundle can now just pick up the drums and game. Unfortunately, you’re actually better off just buying the bundle, as the drums themselves will set you back $79.99, plus you have to get the game which will end up saving you very little. Still, if you’re wanting a second set for head-to-head drum-offs, you’ll finally be able to do so.
With the official microphone showing up late last month, this leaves only the standalone guitars MIA. We’re not sure exactly when these will show up, but we’ll keep you posted.
