I love WiFi radios, I have never used one (except on my PC, never a standalone unit though), but I love the concept, and this latest success from Roberts Radio is no exception with its sleek, basic appearance and WiFi functionality. You can even plug in your MP3 player to this radio.

So you can pull down your favorite web radio stations from the Internet, you can enjoy DAB radio stations, or you can connect another audio source via an auxiliary input. all the navigational controls you need is found with the simple rotary control on the front below the screen.

Locally, I’d probably go with a Sonos or Logitech web radio setup if I had to choose, because we don’t have DAB over here, but if you are in the UK, I’d definitely recommend this player be entertained by you as your next purchase, the way I here it Roberts makes some fine radios, and this one should be no different, except for the £199.99 price tag.
